They say variety is the spice of life. So we hope you enjoy these extra classes during your pregnancy.
Fitball Classes
1st & 2nd Trimester
Grab your theraband and fitball and join Millie for a full body work out.
3rd Trimester
Join Millie for a core strength work out on the fitball. Perfect when you want a work out but you also want to sit down!
Fitball Squat Classes
1st & 2nd Trimester
Join Millie to work the thighs and buttocks, maintaining strength and stability around the pelvis.
3rd Trimester
Grab your resistance band and ball and join Millie in this squat class, tailored to the third trimester. Maintain strength through your legs and pelvis to assist in an active labour and prepare for the demands of having a baby.
Stretch Classes
Upper Body Stretch
Join Millie to move and stretch the upper body, lengthening through the spine and broadening across the chest. This stretch can be done at any time during pregnancy and also compliments the Stretching with Pelvic Pain class.
Upper Back Stretch
Are you feeling tight through the upper back and stiff through the neck? Join Millie to mobilise and lengthen through the upper body. Grab a fitball, a chair or do the stretch in standing. Ahhh, this feels good!
Standing Stretch
Join Millie for the standing stretch class, great in the first and second trimester. This stretch works perfectly at the end of the standing class. Once you are entering the third trimester, or if you have pelvic pain, then try the other stretch classes.
Stretch Mat Class
Join Millie in a full body stretch. This class complements the mat class so well. This class is safe throughout your pregnancy, providing you don’t have pelvic pain. If you have pelvic pain you may want to try out Stretching with Pelvic Pain.
Pelvic Girdle Pain Stretch
If you have pelvic pain then join Millie to learn how to stretch the legs and buttocks without flaring anything up.
