About Us

All about Bub&Me

We are a Canberra-based business offering prenatal and postnatal exercise classes, designed and taught by physiotherapists and women’s health experts. We understand the changes that your body is going through. Our classes focus on guiding you safely through your pregnancy and back to strength again postnatally, with carefully chosen exercises and a heap of education. We want to help you to stack the cards in your favour for a strong pregnancy, your desired birth and a faster postnatal recovery with our physiotherapist designed classes.

Millie Hofmann

Millie began her health care education with an undergraduate degree in Chiropractic Science.  She then ran her own business as a personal trainer and developed a keen interest in exercise and injury rehabilitation, which inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Millie graduated from the University of Canberra with a Masters in Physiotherapy in 2011. Millie was soon drawn to working with women, especially during their childbearing years, and this was amplified when she became pregnant with her first child and experienced first hand the physical changes that occur to a women’s body. Professionally, Millie prides herself using evidence based content in all her classes.

Millie is mother to three beautiful children, Oliver, Lenka and Leon. Experiencing motherhood -the  amazing highs, the unexpected lows, the constant juggle and the surprising injuries- has increased her passion for working with women. This passion has brought Millie to where she is today, helping women stay strong, well and injury-free through pregnancy and motherhood. Millie sees the value of exercise in achieving ongoing health and wellness, physically and emotionally.  She is an avid rock climber (so knows the importance of re-strengthening core and pelvic floor after baby), trail runner, she loves being outdoors and dips her fingers into a number of other sports.

Natalie D’Rozario

Natalie began her education at the Australian National University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science. She then attended the University of Canberra where she completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Movement Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy. Throughout her studies, Natalie volunteered in the Paediatric ward at The Canberra Hospital, working closely with children and parents experiencing challenging times.  It was during these years that her interest in physiotherapy developed, as well as her love for working with women, children and families.

Natalie prides herself on her caring and professional nature. She is skilled in the areas of continence and women’s health and works with many women across all life stages to achieve their physical best. Natalie is particularly passionate about helping and empowering women in their childbearing years, whether this be during their pregnancy or after the birth of their baby. Natalie is the director of Origin Physiotherapy & Wellness in Deakin, Canberra where she consults three days per week and also works with one of the prominent Canberra gynaecologists, Dr Menakaya at Junic Specialist Centre. She has previously worked with ACT Health in the Women’s, Youth & Children's department, where she helped many pregnant and postnatal women and their babies.

In 2018, Natalie gave birth to Lena. Although her pregnancy was amazing, the birth and recovery process was not as easy as she had anticipated. Navigating her way through this time, along with her knowledge and experience in women’s health has given her a deeper understanding of the impact that pregnancy and birth can have on the female body. This has allowed her to further relate to and provide a higher quality of care for her clients.
