Exercising in water is one of the safest forms of exercise during pregnancy. Water-based exercise is one of the safest and most effective ways to stay active during pregnancy. The buoyancy of the water supports your growing belly, minimizing impact on your pelvic joints and floor. Regular aquatic workouts help manage the physical changes of pregnancy, contribute to a shorter labor with fewer complications, and promote a quicker recovery postpartum.
In each class, we incorporate a variety of Pilates, upper body strength training, and aerobic exercises to maintain your strength and functionality throughout pregnancy, along with pregnancy-specific stretches to alleviate common discomforts. Plus, the sensation of weightlessness in the water makes each session a truly delightful experience!
Prenatal Exercise Classes

Postnatal Aquatic Classes
Discover our exciting new postnatal class! Exercising in the water offers unique benefits, as the buoyancy supports your body and reduces impact on your joints, making workouts gentler on your recovering body. The water’s natural resistance creates a challenging and effective workout in all directions, and we enhance this with water 'weights' for added resistance.
Our Mums & Bubs class welcomes your little one to join you. Babies can float alongside you in a provided baby boat, or relax securely in their pram or capsule by the poolside if they’re content or asleep. This class is ideal for babies aged 6 weeks to 9 months.
Join us for a supportive and enjoyable workout that promotes pelvic core and abdominal strength, endurance, and recovery while bonding with your baby in a soothing aquatic environment!
Postnatal Exercise Classes
Returning to fitness after having a baby can be challenging, but our postnatal classes are designed to make the process easier and more effective! We understand how difficult it can be to find time for yourself with a newborn, so our classes are tailored to maximise your time and effort.
Each session is focused on rebuilding your pelvic floor and core strength, addressing abdominal separation, and providing education on postnatal recovery. We also incorporate postnatal-specific stretching to alleviate those common new-mum aches and pains.
Your baby is welcome to join you at every class, making it convenient to bond while you work on your fitness. Join us to regain your strength and improve your well-being!
