Week 10

Postnatal Beginner Online Exercise

Hello There!

It’s week-10 already ladies, how time flies! If you have just completed each class once,  you might like to repeat the term of 10-classes, seeing what new tips, tricks, education and ideas you learn as you participate a second time. You will find that there is always something new to learn in each class, and that as your body regains strength, you will experience each exercise differently.

In the Beginners postnatal course we create the building blocks of core and pelvic floor strength and in our Foundation course we really create a strong foundation upon which we can rebuild functional strength not just in our core, but our whole body. We sincerely hope you have enjoyed these classes and we hope to see you in the Foundation course.

So now it’s time to grab your water bottle, grab your mat, turn up the music and join us for the last week of exercise classes.

This Week’s Spotlight

Get the lowdown.

Squat Heel Raise Combo

This exercise requires and improves strength, coordination and stability. All exercises are modifiable so either challenge yourself by combining a squat and heel raise, or make it easier for yourself by doing the heel raises and squat separately.

Straight Leg Raise

In sidelying, this is a great way to strengthen your buttocks by lifting the top leg against gravity. This exercise requires core strength to keep yourself  in a neutral position through the exercise. Once you get the hang of it, then use your breath, exhale to lift the leg, inhale to lower.

Stretch on the Mat

Join MIllie and stretch out on the mat. This class complements the mat class so well and hits all the big muscle groups. Don’t forget that this class is stored on our resources page so you can access it any time.

Fitball Squat Class

Join Millie to work the thighs and buttocks, improving strength and stability around the pelvis, while engaging and protecting your pelvic floor muscles. Don’t forget that this class is stored on our resources page so you can access it any time.
