Fitball Classes

Posture and Mobility #1

Join Millie to mobilise, stabilise your core and strengthen your postural muscles on the fitball. Perfect when you want a work out but you also want to sit down!

Posture and Mobility #2

Grab your fitball and your resistance band and join MIllie for a core work out on the ball. We work the midline, mobilise, open and strengthen.

 

Posture and Mobility #3

In this class Millie takes the fitball workout to the next level, including squats, bridges, crunches and upper body strength work in the 15 minute class. Grab your resistance band and your water bottle and let’s get started.

 
 

Fitball Squat Class #1

Join Millie to work the thighs and buttocks, improving strength and stability around the pelvis, while engaging and protecting your pelvic floor muscles.

Fitball Squat Class #2

Progressing on the basics from the first postnatal squat class, Millie leads you a little deeper into your squat. Despite the greater challenge, it’s essential that you keep your pelvic floor muscles engaged through the class, strengthening these muscles and protecting your pelvic organs.

 

Stretch Classes

Standing Stretch Class

Join Millie to move and stretch the upper body, lengthening through the spine and broadening across the chest. This stretch can be done at any time during pregnancy and also compliments the Stretching with Pelvic Pain class.

Stretch on the Mat

Join Millie and stretch out on the mat. This class complements the mat class so well and hits all the big muscle groups.

 

Upper Back Stretch

Are you feeling tight through the upper back and stiff through the neck? Join Millie to mobilise and lengthen through the upper body. Grab a fitball, a chair or do the stretch in standing. Ahhh, this feels good!

Move and Lengthen

Tight through the hips? Achey through the back? This quick class moves your upper body and stretches the lower body. It may be just what you need to stretch out after a long day (or night!).

 

Spikey Ball Release

Are you wondering what to do with your spikey ball? Millie talks you through some great muscle releases that you can perform with a spikey ball (or even with a tennis ball) to reduce back and pelvic pain, release tension in the feet and more.
