Prenatal Exercise Classes
Join us face-to-face for weekly exercises designed for pregnancy.
What’s it all about?
During each class, your physiotherapist will lead you through safe, pregnancy-specific, and functional exercises with emphasis on core and pelvic floor strength. The classes are custom-designed for pregnancy and incorporate a combination of strength, Pilates, stretching and fitball exercises, as well as a weekly education topic.
These classes are also an opportunity to meet other pregnant women, and are often the start of long-term mum’s groups. You can join a class at any time during your pregnancy and take part until your due date.
COST: This course is $41 per class (charged by the term) and includes 1 x 60 minute class each week. If you have private health insurance with physiotherapy then you should be able to claim a rebate. Contact your health insurer to organise this.

Classes run for 10 weeks at Unit 4, 3/5 Phipps Cl, Deakin
Thursdays at 5:15pm
First class Thursday 5th Feb
Registering for a full class will add you to the waitlist for that class.
