Alyson Jones

Alyson graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Canberra. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science) at the University of Wollongong. She discovered her passion for Physio while volunteering at a rehab hospital during her undergrad degree although her career has taken her in a different direction.

Prior to making the move to Origin Physiotherapy & Wellness, Alyson worked as a Senior Women’s Health Physio in the public health system. Over her years of practice, Alyson has developed a sound understanding of the challenges that the human body goes through with pregnancy and birth. She enjoys helping women manage these challenges and assisting them with recovery. She believes her role is to allow women to safely and comfortably return to their recreational goals. She is passionate about helping women with continence and prolapse issues to manage and overcome these and improve their quality of life.

Away from work Alyson enjoys spending time with family. She has four girls and 2 dogs who keep her busy. She loves to get involved with whatever sport her girls are playing. She also enjoys baking, messing about in the garden and going to the beach.

Brielle Musgrove

Brielle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Sports Dietitian. She graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours). Brielle is passionate about providing clients with evidenced-based dietary advice and supporting individuals to navigate all the nutrition misinformation. Brielle currently works in mental health and general nutrition including weight management, fussy eating, nutrition for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Brielle is based on the South Coast/Illawarra of NSW and offers face to face or telehealth consults.
