Alternating Heel Raises

Arm circles and pulses will challenge your core and postural strength and stability. If you are finding arms out in front too difficult, start with your arms out to the side. The faster you go, the more control is required.

Thoracic Rotation

AAs you enter the third trimester of pregnancy your ribs flare out to accommodate your growing uterus, your abdominals pull from the front and your posture changes. For this reason, only twist, move and stretch within comfortable ranges so you don’t accidentally aggravate a rib.

Pelvic Girdle Pain Stretch

If you have pelvic pain then join Millie to learn how to stretch the legs and buttocks without flaring anything up. Don’t forget that this class is stored on our resources page so you can access it any time.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Alicia discusses the anatomy of the carpal tunnel and the changes to this area that occur with pregnancy. She goes through the symptoms and management of carpal tunnel syndrome, so if this applies to you, please have a watch of the video and read our PDF on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
