What’s it all about?

Our postnatal exercise classes have been designed to help you recover and rebuild safely after pregnancy and birth. These classes are safe any time from 6-weeks postnatally, but are just as valuable if your little one is much older than that. Rebuilding yourself postnatally is essential and effective, whenever you are ready.

Each class is run by a passionate physiotherapist who understands the needs of the body in the postnatal period. Classes focus on restrengthening the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles, reducing abdominal separation, improving functional strength and stretching out those mama aches and pains. Class numbers are kept small to allow your physiotherapist to tailor exercises as needed.

Bring your baby with you and enjoy taking time for yourself that will leave you feeling energised, knowing your baby is close by, happy and safe.

COST: This course is $41 per class (charged by the term) and includes 1 x 60 minute class each week. If you have private health insurance with physiotherapy then you should be able to claim a rebate. Contact your health insurer to organise this.
