Learn all about the pelvic floor - what it is, how to use it, why we need it and how to keep it strong and efficient in during your recovery.
Abdominal Muscle Seperation
It is normal to have an abdominal muscle separation during the third trimester of your pregnancy. Natalie discusses how to reduce your separation postnatally and regain abdominal muscle function.

Recovery after a Caesarian
Whether you have had a planned or an emergency caesarean, Natalie discusses what to expect after you have had your baby.
Return to Sexual Intercourse
Let’s talk about sex (after) baby, Let’s talk about you and me… But jokes aside, at some point most women want to know about returning to sex after baby. This may be one of the least talked about parts of returning to life as you knew it. Many women experience a change in their sexual desires or activity after birth as a result of physical, emotional or hormonal changes.
